I can pay to use a building in eurp, for a fixed period, there r taxes involved, employees have a decent living wage, certain environmental safe guards. The courts are powerful enough to sue me if i were to break laws relatimh to employment law or coporate laws.
in africa i can buy the whole thing out right but just pay the janertor (ie african politicans) a fee and i can do want ever the f*ck i want.
So yes they may have ports around the world that does mean they do business the same in every country.
