they were in modern day sool/sanaag in those times, came into Galbeed around early 17th century (theory)The other one’s were mentioned but there’s no mention of Ogaden i find it a bit confusing

Sadly we ain't there it's js Jidwaaq. Idk if we even existed back then in large numbers.Ogaden
It was Allah's blessingIt’s incredible how we became massive after the 1600s
I think we were in Galbeed before the 17th century because we were in Galbeed when we were involved in the conquest of Jubaland/NFD. Maybe we were in Waqooyi Bari back then and expanded rapidly due to population decline of the Marehan and Jidwaaq as a result of the Futuh.they were in modern day sool/sanaag in those times, came into Galbeed around early 17th century (theory)
Jubaland/NFD migrations happened quite recently, around the late 18th century up until the early 20th century. I think my theory holds up with the time frame tbh.I think we were in Galbeed before the 17th century because we were in Galbeed when we were involved in the conquest of Jubaland/NFD. 2-3 generations need to pass until such a large migration can happen no?Jubaland/NFD migrations happened quite recently, around the late 18th century up until the early 20th century. I think my theory holds up with the time frame tbh.
That’s more than three generations, early 17th century to mid 18th century, that’s like 6 generations2-3 generations need to pass until such a large migration can happen no?
Oh mb I did not do the mathThat’s more than three generations, early 17th century to mid 18th century, that’s like 6 generations
After some digging i think it makes sense now because if you look at the history Ogaden was the youngest son of Absame and was very young when his father died, his descendants for about 6 generations after him only gave birth to 1 or 2 sons, it wasn’t until Yusuf Kante who gave birth to 3 or 4 sons and then his son Muse Yusuf gave birth to 5 sons i believe and i would estimate that he lived around the 1600s.Sadly we ain't there it's js Jidwaaq. Idk if we even existed back then in large numbers.
