I have seen this happen quite often, two couples divorce and within months or less than a year they both have remarried.

Somalis don't care if they been divorced 10x they will move on to the next husband/wife.

In other cultures like Indians and arabs this is looked down at.

No there was just less reason for divorce but now because the responsibility of looking after the children rests solely on the shoulders of the parents, they are stressed and decide it would be better to live with a better partner. In Somalia, the respective families of the spouse would chip in to help out so that the parents wouldn't feel burdened.
