Pre 2006 Ottawa had more Somalis committing crimes.

You should look at the court date at any court in Ottawa or Toronto. Maybe 10-20% of the people on the list on any day is Somali.

Not really. Too small a minority to make that much of a dent. But we do not have a good image that much is true.
