Good luck, here in Australia it's easy to get into Ivy League colleges you just need a 90 rank.

To go to uni in England you need high UCAS points. Each grade = a certain number of points so AAA > AAB or A*AA > AAA. Oxford and Cambridge and other Russel Group unis expect a high number of UCAS points.
