I don't know it's a private trip, but I think if HSM wants influence he's got to break open the swiss bank account he has, that might get the ball rolling but I don't see that happening.

If I were Trump I wouldn’t accept a penny from him either way. Somalia is a sunk cost. It will get ugly to get involved in that shit hole again.
