Wouldn't be great if Somali leaders after they get rid of their personal agendas and tribal anomosity sat down and created a value based system that eliminates differences and then a hybrid system of excellence from the world history, present govt systems, and traditional systems(rural areas around the world) with only THE GOOD points out of each into a combined result.

Then we sit down and figure out our foreign policy. Remember I said we want links military with one power, economic with another power, while idealogical with MB(cause we have no choice), and Value system with the west(ensures their peace). That will stabilize us if designed correctly with all scenarios and moves made by each nation is assessed. We need to know the moves they make not now but tommorow and future and have responses prepared.

Once stabilized we can execute our own unique foreign policy to have another back up lifeline one where we operate in areas where are abadoned or not have many hands involved as not to cause conflict with anyone in the world. Replicate our system and adapt it to their conditions.

The greatest tool I think would be this for us to work out our future foreign policy and yes we need to it or else we might not even make it if we don't cause if the world is unstable, we will die also. What way can we convince all our leaders? You know what I think the best way is? we get boards not chess boards but get boards and set up how each society in the world is set up pawns, enforcers, leaders at top their linkages, alliances and then test how what we do and reactions that can happen on the boards untill it so bulletproof we are set to go.

We got a diaspora all around the world, so they can come and set up how the pieces are on the board for that society they came from, links(mutual interest, economic, military, idealogical, future goals foreign policy wise some have none like oman). Long term policy = create our backup alliance for new structure in the future but in areas that isnt back n forth or disputed but abadoned areas.

Make sure to add long term foreign policy isn't based on mutual interests, its not i need something from you, that is short term only. We can manage those as short term so we can make it to our long term goal. Long term guys need to join based on something much bigger then i need something from you which can change as the world changes but belief wont.

If we find someone that is true nation based on our belief system of setting up 3 core values using hybrid approach thru traditional-historical-present govt good points and they believe it can work. Those guys come first to us before any short term neutral policy. We must defend them to the teeth and never allow anyone to mess with them, that's someone who will die with u when shit turns based the short term fuckwit wont.

What we must realize is the belief friends might adopt beautiful system that is also beautifully different to us as long as those values are protected who cares. It could be a dictatorship even, traditional, democratic, caliphate EVEN. We must not question how the system looks, but look at what its built on and holds it up. that's where it counts

Centralized government will never happen in Somalia, federalism is here to stay and the more you fight it the more polarized you make the people of Puntland (who are not only mjs).
