This is not really an issue.
The immigration director is bored and wants to create issues for him to solve.
Last week he came up with a new rule saying NGOs had to give his office a week's notice before arriving to get a visa (before it was visa on arrival).
He's basically a bored bureaucrat trying to justify his paper-pusher existence.
He can f*ck off.

He is Right .Its Stupid to use foreign Passport and Represent Somalia as a Diplomat, Even President should use his Somali Passport.

He is not President of USA but he is president of Somalia
