somali in Ethiopia vs Somali in Kenya

What is the difference between the two when it comes to development and which group feels more connected to Somalis outside their region?
How do the politics work in both regions? Which one is doing better?
I think N.E is doing better when it comes to development.

Kenya is doing worse on development. The NFD is the most underdeveloped region. The Ogaden is doing much better but it has the Somali problem of poor governance. Jigjiga is still going places though.
