When oh when will these leaders learn that appeasement of so called disenfranchised or opposition groups never works?
The famous saying goes "if you give a cat a cookie, she is going to want milk", the person that is opposed to you ideologically/religiously/tribe-ally can never be appeased, whatever you give them will never satisfy them and it will be used to stab you in the back.
HSM, Sheikh Shariif, Siyaad Berre all made that same mistakes, when you try to appease others, you abandon your own hardcore group of supporters and those people will turn against you while the appeased group will betray you, you end up with nothing in the end.
Farmaajo is making the same mistake as those before him, he is trying to appease those that oppose him openly in P/land by giving them all the important ministerial posts in the hope that they will contribute to the state's coffers and get off his back as a result, but as history is a witness NEITHER OF THIS WILL EVER HAPPEN, because the populace in P/land and even the so called 'educated' buffoons on here blindly follow these vermin leaders to the T and will enter the graves with them.
The true smart leader in a situation like this with limited resources focuses on the hardcore support groups ONLY, while the enemies wail in lamentations he is busy cutting the ribbons of new schools/roads/houses/orphanages in the districts of his core nationalist constituents.
This will give him unlimited reign to eliminate the traitors, corrupt and degenerate odeys from within and clean up house very well so no one can infiltrate it or even dares to speak against him, once this impenetrable base is established that will ensure the bulk of the votes goes towards you.
Only then do you slowly branch out to the rest of the country and disassociate the people from their treacherous buffoon filth leaders they blindly follow using that same model without ever wasting a dime nor time in appeasing vermin treacherous leaders the populace follows blindly.
Job done! it's really that simple! no opportunities given to the Hyena's. But instead these buffoons never learn and continue to head towards that same destructive path.
With these ministerial posts, his appeasement has pretty much set himself on a collision course against the bulk of the people that supported him blindly for the sake of appeasing those that never liked him to begin with and the rest of the country despises.
I used to advise this to a lot of influential people, but every single one of them is so intoxicated with appeasement of those that never liked them nor will ever like them that I began to regard them as beta spineless cucks that run after that women that has no interest, hoping to change her mind with flowers/gifts/watches.
