I always see people talking about joukes and the two rags (lamagoodle or something like that) when discussing somali cultural clothes for men, but what about these clothes.
Anyone know what they are called:

The second photo might not be clear enough because it's small, so you might think it's a jouke, however if you see the bigger image on google it doesn't look like a jouke. To me it looks more like a white cloak.
