Almost anyone can get one as long as you give a sufficient enough bribe to the passport officials in Somalia. Since a couple of years they have one with a chip that is less susceptible to counterfeiting, but the folks who work at the municipality offices can be bribed easily and print you an ''official'' one anyway.
No wonder why Somalia's passport has a poor reputation abroad, not many places you can access with it visa-free.

There's only one, for the whole of Somalia (Federal Republic of Somalia). Puntland isn't an actual country, just an autonomous state.
PS. Did you know that Scandinavian passports are the best globally? I think they have the highest ratings when it comes to visa-free access to other countries.

I only wish Western Europe also had freedom of movement agreements with Australia, New Zealand, and Canada. It sucks that we can't just move there like with other EU countries.
Move to Sweden, marry a Swede and then get the Passport! :D

Swedes can't move there either, lol. Your only allowed to visit for 90 days and then you must leave, haha.
IMO, all developed countries should have total free movement of labour. That would be pretty awesome. Now we are forced like some weird feudal system to only stay in your region of the world. It's neo-feudalism!

Malays are cool people wallahi best muslims I ever met, I prefer them to Arabs. Lots of Somalis there so they're reaction was normal lots of Somalis from ME go there for education.
