Somali politicians smoking cigarettes

Were Adan Cadde and Siad Barre the only two leaders who ever smoked? I watch a few archive videos and notice EVERYONE was a smoker in the past whereas nobody today really smokes.

I'm thankful that i received a lot of motivation to cut down. I smoked regularly in the past to deal with stress but i've never seen someone who quit it and didn't feel like it was the best decision of their lives.

But staying on topic, does any top politician in the Horn actually smoke publicly (or privately)?
