Bosaso ain't needed no international trade can go their on behalf of ethiopia since the road is mountainous and far away you will have to travel from bosaso to garowe to the ethiopian border unlike jiggia to berbera.

Hobyo is perfect it's halfway between berbera and kismayo also it will be an easy road from werdher to hobyo through dhusameerab or galkayo.

Mogadishu is a commercial capital and i believe will be a tourist destination so a mega port won't be needed maybe a small Port and cruise terminal.

Kismayo would be top competition with lamu port next door it will be a great location especially for jubaland.

All these other port's are better of being specialised ports for livestock, fishing and general cargo from dhows.
