Somali Qaran Thieves

Let's start this thread, it's never happened and gather together as many people and clans you know who participated in the theft of somalia government assets, because that can warn us not obviously elect anyone from their clan or to beware.

We know HG looted the most, but we want damn names. I heard Marehan and Bah Majerten(dashishe, mj, warsangeli), ogaden looted basically nothing from the government nor civilians.

I'll start with the following that I know of. Somali airlines - looted by omar arte ghalib, sold in jeddah. Sugar factory in mareeray looted by ali khalif galayr, sold in nairobi as spare parts.
