The Game in Somalia war has gone up. Clan's are importing guns with scopes on them and clearly creating a team of snipers to join them in wars against other clans. Every soldier unit has dedicated snipers to take out key targets in the enemy front-line, this is a sniper scopes purchased from mogadishu arms purchases by the government farmaajo.

Notice it's 23 optical sights? below is the Type 77 12.7 anti machine gun. This is the stuff put onto pick up trucks and convert it into a technical at a local mechanical store in town. Their equipping with 'scopes' which is smart as hell to dedicate a few of your battle wagons for precision killings of the enemy.

This is the stuff PL is using and bringing in for their troops

Puntland needs to dedicate at least 20-30 Technicals with 'scopes' and have them given specific work to do as part of the Puntland defence team. Roll them out to join each squad to provide expertly guided bullets to the enemy especially 'top targets' not their 15 year old duli who won't impact them much if they lose, they will do a kala carar if you target the guys running the squad for them.

Due to the arms-embargo, we can't beat the enemy thru weapons advantage, where we need to beat them is on 'tayo' and quality. Make one PL soldier quality equal to 10 of their soldiers. This is the only way to gain an edge in Somalia because of the way things are. It depends a-lot on the general and his knowledge of war. He should study wars and see all the mistakes done on the field, note it down, pass it onto the next general. U need to create a library of your battles and learn from them and sit down and examine your performance and change what needs to change next time. Ciidanku noqon mayan no 1 without good general.

The next phase of puntland security development that I would love to see is. We build our own weapons, they said you can't buy the weapons ma garatay? they never you can't build it yourself. Go to Russia and especially the weapons manufacturers and ask if you can purchase a trainer for puntland to teach our people to create weaponry.

You will be within the UN sanction law because you never purchased the weapon but the UN doesn't matter anyways, ma haystan xabsi ama kuma hukumi karan because dalkagaga iyagu awood uma lahan iyo ciidaan toona that's why no nation takes them serious and Puntland shouldn't either.

This needs to happen immediately in PL with our technicals or at least a dedicated batch maybe 20-30 to close the edge of the SFG. They should be sent out for special missions and apart of the technical squad with a dedicated job, no messing about with the dulis exchanging gun-fire.
