It means that Somalia will restore A class ATC services over all Somalia. Somalia had Class G, services over few airports. But now Somalia will be able to give services over all somalia for all airflights.

-------------------------------------------
Class G is the lowest in ICAO airspace categorisation where flights are only provided with flight information services.

Class A involves moving from the provision of Flight Information Service to Air Traffic Control Service for communication between pilots and airports. With Class A airspace, all flights receive ATC services.

Airlines from all around the world can fly to Somalia but we need our Somali airlines back
This is amazing! We will soon have both Ciidanka Cirka Somaliyeed and Somali Airlines
There is an ongoing project, started under the previous Admin, to recreate Somali Airlines with a plan to have it operational by the end of the year, if not sooner, provided airline contracts could be ironed out in time.
