Truthfully. Let’s say Somalia does break apart (even then, no secessionist state will be a UN member thanks to china/russia) each state that breaks from it will be success story. South Somalia has a lot of variables besides HSM that will decide whether the country succeeds or not. HSM is pure trash but even with him Somalia will be a rich nation.
