Your people tore it down and sold it for scrap metal just like they did to every statue in the once great city.

Look at it as inspiration and with hard work and the right people one day the whole Horn of Africa will prosper

When the USC captured Mogadishu, its supporters looted the city. The national landmarks were brought down and sold as cheap metal to Gulf Arab dealers. I read somewhere that several large ships arrived in Mogadishu after its fall to USC to haul all the loot away.
