The Sland government doesn't control money remittances lol apart from Dahabshiil. It can simply be sent through Salaama bank and other outlets.

It is actually better that way. We all know Sland government officials are very corrupt and that money will never reach the locals if it is handed over to them. So it is better directly no middle man.

What? Since when has this current government have had a big corruption scandal.. Previous ones were bad but..

I am saying if Somalia want to really donate money without any politics behind it, they do it through the SL government.

Somaliland will obviously decline, we can work on our relationship in maybe 20 years. Until then sayonara
