Should renounce your dual citizenship when you want to work in government, then you can see who's really in this field of work to better somalia than better their pockets.

They should relinquish any foreign citizenship. If you're going to serve Somalia, you're going to sink or swim in Somalia. :birdman:

I always knew Norwegians controlled most of the parliament.

Not sure why they're interested in us through?

Never seen Norwegians as aggressive imperialist.

Oil?

Even though they have connections with some of the oil companies stalking around Somalia I still doubt it.

They are naive.

Somalia is very difficult to control. Everyone including the Ciyaal Kacaan has wasted in Qaasaro.

To me, Somalia is like King Arthur’s sword.

They have thrown everything at her and not a single resource—other then stealing fish have been exploited.

The rest of Africa is maimed by tuugnimo.

I hope a Somali born leader with no international passport becomes the leader and pulls the Excalibur.

Till then, just enjoy every company and country loose thier returns.

We're all getting fucked akhi, who u kidding :comeon:

How are we getting fucked?

People are picking a lock outside your house and they can’t get in. You know they are picking at it, but have they broken in?

Look at the rest of Africa and the mining companies on the Nasdaq rapeing it—every lock in Africa has been picked except for Somalia.

There’s not a single resource other then fish being exploited.

Someone will lift the Excalibur sword and it won’t be some snot nosed diaspora Ciyaal Kacaan

True but no competent Somali is allowed anywhere near that sword atm.

The foreigners still have a lock on our country and we won't be able to progress unless we either shake loose somehow or cut a deal with the right powers.

IMO the biggest resource we have is our location in Africa not the dirt under us.

Other than that; we don't have that much natural resources due to our geology. (Similar geological makeup as Japan)

Let those foreigners buy up blocks of land in Somalia as long as we get stable governance.

At worst they'll find the richest deposits suddenly and we'll lose out for a few years. As soon as anything worthwhile gets confirmed they'll have to fight of 15 million rabid Geeljire.

In a year or two we'll all reconciliate and chase those companies out.

If nothings found we'll be able to join in on the feast that's Africa, along with those foreigners.

Either way we'll come out better than the current stalemate we're in.

Most developed nations today compromised in order to get where they are today.

Somalia is loaded with resources and potential.

Africa’s undiscovered and most lucrative resource is human capital. Way to many neefs.

Don’t get depressed and stressed out about the nacaasnimo. The international community can’t handle a pandora box like Somalia. They failed for 30 years and now it’s just a place where good money is send to go die.

We don’t know who or what party will life the sword, but I can guarantee it won’t be some puppets.
