Giving Ethiopia access to their own coastline, means a powerful nations with 120+million people, that has everything it needs.
The worst part is who's gonna stop a powerful, wealthier, industrious Ethiopia with naval force from taking more lands and our oil from us?

It doesn’t really matter how pro-Ethiopia ethnic groups are, as long as Abiy is in charge nothing will ever come of it. Northern Ethiopians see Abiy as a poster boy of Oromo dominance, the Oromos see him as not doing enough to help them. They’ve just defaulted + Isias and Sisi have lots to gain from Ethiopias downfall.

There is a conversation to be had though about what the situation looks like in >5 years. That’s what Somalia needs to start preparing for.

The turks dont care at all. They will milk Somalia's oceans even if they see the occasional Ethiopian Naval ship what business is it of theirs.

I think your jumping the gun sxb, currently there is a civil war in Ethiopia. Where the government doesn’t have control over approx %50 of their nation. Although you have made some important points, I don’t think it will come to that, at least not for the foreseeable future.
