Good job, a safe soceity is an armed society when somalia gets a functional government they should invest in having something like a second amendment. Clearly the weapons wont be returned voluntarily so why not respect the rights of the citizens, formalize it and register them all in the database. We also wont have mk ultra affecting our citizens so disasters wont be a problem.
I could also see how this could become a problem... Well if we had a strong state it could be prevented
