I recently being told that the former FM lady of Somalia ( issaq) had a private meeting with fellow issaqs while still fm and she said SL is losing a lot by being stubborn bc 40% of the donated money and material is allocated for her that we can win for her but they are not being smart. Even if we win this lion share we can't even go there to give it to them
