Is this becouse mr. Cheese was in UAE a week ago. They might just trying reaffirm their presence in somalia.

Mr. Cheese has been facing relentessly ruthless oppistion from federal states which finaly made him crack dowb and decided to go to UAE and kiss the hairry dhegcas ass.

Whatever is the outcome of dhegcas cat fighting, mr.cheese need to have control over internal affairs of the nation. Removing the horshabele governor and puting FGS friendy in place was a start, next was thought to be galmudug but that didn't work.
