The Kacaan tried looking for Oil and there was nothing, I'm not sure why Somalis think there's a Qatar hidden away. Besides, the time it'll take from discovery -> obtaining $$$ is too long.

What Somalia actually has is abudance of wind & Solar. Should be focusing on that, we are one of the few countries that can run mostly on renewables and provide energy and water for everyone.

I really hate it when somalia relies too much on foreign assistance I would love it if somalis developed more domestically with near zero foreign assistance only foreign knowledge exchange, even if development would be very slow it would form us a very strong foundation which will then make it easier for us to become a developed country, shame our government and leaders have short term vision though so its unlikely to happen.
