Puntland is a fully functioning federal state that’s able to challenge the federal government which is a constitutional right.
Your problem is that you see the federal government as your uncles agency. It’s not!
Both Hassan Sheikh and farmaajo have received serious support as sitting president and beyond that Puntland played a major role in the re-election of HSM. However if they deviate from the agreed roadmap Puntland will challenge.
