Somalia was ranked the most corrupt nation in the World again under Farmajo.

Corruption has gotten worse under Farmajo. Yet the NN trolls would have you believe things have improved under him.

It’s worse because unlike most of Africa, Somalia is slowly recovering from civil war. Farmajo sold Somali fish resources for Khat, all the aid money the country received is stolen. The only stable regions are SL and PL. if there were no stable federal states, all of the money would be stolen in the capital and things would be much worse.

I highly doubt that any Somali politician has stolen more than $5 million. Whereas in Kenya, Uhuru steals tens of millions.

HSM left the Somali Central Bank empty. I can murder a man in Somalia and never see the inside of a court room. The Presidency is literally an auction. Politicians nearly sell territory and come back for elections repeatedly.

We are not comparable to functioning states like Kenya or Tanzania.

That's a pretty disingenious take. Kenya's economy is 5x Somalia. Corrupt politicians are protected by their tribes but Kenya has an electorate and the opportunity to vote them out. So it makes sense Somalia is ranked much higher, there's no way to deal with the corruption as is.
