Somalis do not need lot of training in military field we born warriors and most of them raised in the past years in war zone, issue is unpaid wages, and corrupted men who steal the wages of soldiers. Amisom( Ethiopia and Kenya) do not want strong army think if we have strong army there would not be any need for Amisom and General Gabre

If I'm not wrong, Ugandans also faced the heaviest losses or some of the heaviest losses. 50 were killed in just one fight, that's a lot of men.
