I have always heard this from older segment who do have life experience(wisdom) about Somalis social order. They say the following in terms of regions.
PL has a strong and unified social base, their very pro active and refuse harm to its ppl. But their crippled by bad or incompetent government who ironically are all Mogadishu born or trained(they brought over the unworkable govt culture from there).
SL has quite an effective govt but their population are overwhelmingly drug addicts and therefore a strain on its govt and not a benefit.
Mogadishu lacks social cohesion or functioning social system and also horrible govt on top of it.
Do ppl think this is accurate?
