Somalia wins ICJ case, Kenya in disarray

So the ICJ basically rekt Kenya. They said the MoU is valid but the way they're using it (i.e. without it being ratified in Somalia) is invalid. They threw out Kenya's case and referred the verdict to the UN. This is what Kenya was trying to avoid.
