I've been to boosaso my grandmother lives there, its peaceful/beautiful but look at the demographics Mogadishu is at the very edge, boosaso is at the very top we need somewhere in the middle off Somalia, and i believe the cities in the Ogaden are the central of all united Somalia, and no one lives there so its the most ideal place to make a capital, no qabil no bullshit.
