First of hats off to SomaliCowboy, a sucecss story about an immigrant who`s living the American dream. The last couple of days theres been circulating videos on SoMe from jelous people who are fabricating lies about him and his success. Usually from people who`s been in the west for 20+ years who couldnt hack it. Abdi did it in under 9 years what they couldnt do a lifetime, and now theres attempt to encourage people to spread lies and in return they will receive 50$. They are not only praying for his downfall, they are paying. Let that sink in.

Ive been on sideline watching influencers, SoMe personas and other celebritys and my conclusion is never ever get famous. Not worth it. Waa goroon oo aad iyo aad u foolxum, to be frank. I havent read his book but now im gonna buy a copy just because. And to think your own people are behind this witch hunt, I completely understand somalis who dont want to meet other countrymen. Theres 0 incentive anymore.

SomaliCowboy and the likes are to be used as benchmarks as far as model minority, american dream etc. goes. I think he blew up to fast and too big which made some less unfortunate people shakey/jelous. Even local sheikh did a video about him talking shit.

Whatever people say, him and many other are the goldstandard. Cream always rise to the top.

In short he gave out a book about the immigrant/somali Experience in Maine and he blew up. He made well over 300k from that alone. He also does online courses from what ive seen on his tiktok. Now lives of what it looks like peacefully at the countryside in Maine, no wife, no kids. He is eating good of the book sales. Followed him on IG and by the looks of it he is killing it with the ladys. Prolly cleaned up Maine

The book is called "Call me an American". Im gonna buy it next pay check just to support a brother

From Mama Malyun to Yasin-my lover. ( not to mention our own Angelina Youtuber- who has disappeared after claiming paranoia unhinge. )

Even Alpacino back in the days explained how it aint worth it, mentioning his daughter and family now everyone knows our business and he expressed some paranoia/worrying. He said anynomity is priceless
