I'm a Lander myself and I don't publicly rep that identity because the graphic design just ain't it.

It looks like an Arab flag instead of something that uniquely represents the North.

It looks more unique than the somalia flag tbh they put in like 5% more effort instead of just painting it blue and slapping a star on it and calling it a day.

It’s the colours of the SL flag that are unappealing. Literally an eyesore to look at. I’m not even saying this to hate on landers. Somalia’s flag is basic but at least it doesn’t hurt to look at. I prefer and over most African flags

Lets stop the bias against the landers and just admit theirs and djiboutis flag look more unique and authentic and not the somalia flag, this is a fact.
