I always welcome this kind of developments regardless of region. Industrialization is the way forward.
On a side note my af qaldaan is a bit rusty what does daqiiqda mean? Is it a cement factory. Who's going to operate the factory Somalis or foreigners?

This is a huge commercial factory. Its owned by a local. Every industry in Somaliland has locals working completely or vast majority. Even the few ajnabi owned businesses are locals employees
