No people are inherently more rapey than others surely if this is even true, it indicates that SL has a more mature and sophisticated criminal justice system in which victims trust the system enough to report and punish rather than hide and be forced into silence which is likely in the other case. Either way I'm sure these numbers are probably a lot lower than the actual case for both SL and somalia which shows women's rights need to be improved.

Also like to add the Vice President of Puntland was at a Rape Awareness seminar last year where he even went as far to downplay and dismiss rape by accusing victims of lying for asylum in the west. With that kind of rhetoric it's not wonder cases are so underreported. Very sad!
