The funniest part of this whole thread is the OP was so excited to share this " secret" but doesn't know how to post screen shot. Lol

Btw. That document is terrible amateurish attempt. It was sent to Gaafow by someone pretending to be Warancade. Another person posted a side by side authentic one and it shows that this isn't even the same letter form used by SL interior ministry. Not to mention Cali Warancade doesn't spell his name as " Ali Mohammed Waran Cade"

Another thing I immediately picked out was " Jansiyada". In rer Waqooyi dialect it would be written as "Jinsiyada". Furthermore, this is supposed to official letter, yet it says Safari travel agency asked Somaliland government to give them permission to issue E passports.

I am beginning to suspect that Safari travel agency might typed this.
