So the 2021 total new registration is 435,371.
If you were to add 2016 registration which was 873,331 will be 1,297,022 voters
I noticed the people in Dhahar will be voting too


With presidential election next year it's expected there will be more new registrations in Sool and Sanaag which will cover the borders Somaliland claims.
