Kulmiye is very corrupt but remember they increased the gov budget from $65m in 2010 to $360m in 2017, were was this money going before?

Right now unfortunately corrupt kulmiye is the best choice for SL, I have no problem with corruption but officials should eat some but use the rest to develop the country. It's very unrealistic to expect a poor hellhole like SL can become corruption free overnight.
