It's true their berbera port doesn't serve their towns, Bosaso I know for a fact serves up to Burco and Erigavo all their shop products and stuff. It's a jeegaan state, they don't want any life in HY areas, they see him as a threat. Why would they need that in sanaag when their the most respected region in all of somalia. They love Ethiopians too much. However when I was in Hargiesa bananas were imported from south Somalia.
