Panicking and refusing to use the SL Shilling is just going to make the situation worse. The Government needs to buy up all the dollar bills inside the country and strictly regulate it's use. The SL Shilling needs to be the only acceptable legal tender inside the country. All black market exchange as dollar proliferation needs to be shut down, on pain of death.
