I agree! They make us look bad. An agreed upon distinction must be established between oromos and Somalis. I guess until Somalis get their shit together we can't criticise our oromo brothers for being pathetic.
Good laws taking into account UN condemnation. We must be careful in removing bantu and oromos from the country when we get the chance, since the un will sanction us if we do it in an inhumane manner. The best we can do is to label them illegal immigrants and deport them whilst offering them some money to pay for their safe travels back where they belong. High skilled workers can be given visas to stay longer but there is no guarantee that they can stay in the land forever. No somali will be allowed to stay or become a citizen in any other african country, so why should we allow our enemies in for free.I was in Hargeisa this summer and witnessed various ngos giving them identification cards... They pose a demographic threat and Hargeisa will most likely be succumbed by the midget hordes within a decade.

My "humane" immigration policy;
- an oromo is picked up off the street and their bio-metrics taken.
- they are given a choice to go into indentured servitude with no possibility of naturalization or a free baabuur reer miiy ride back to finfine
- indentured servants work on public infrastructure for a few thousand shillings a day and a free meal.
- those that are caught twice are killed.
-all other ajanabis working low skilled jobs are deported
-tabliqis killed on the spot
-Saudi/gulf sponsored/learned sheiks sent back
-"high skilled" ajnabis deported as soon as work dries up (far too many ex-ngo workers lingering around government officials, like a bad case of herpes, as "advisors")
-refugees given a free babuur ride to finfine along with oromos.
-Somali IDPs get permits to live on government owned land.

The Madow are another can of worms, as they have inevitably led to creation of many half-castes. The best thing to do with them, is create an anti terrorist unit (commanded by an ethnic somali) out of their able bodied men to fight alshabab head on. This kills 2 birds with one stone; decreases the number of males in their community and puts a sizable dent into al shabab. Once al ashabab has been defeated, we will loan them out to the African Union to fight terrorism in west Africa.
Next we create our own terrorist group with the NISA and begin a campaign of terror in their regions - this will force them to move out of fertile land, decreasing their food supply. We relocate them in the desert and leave them there with minimal governmental support for a few years.
Lastly, the government makes a mandate to relocate the Madow back to their ancestral homeland; working with the un we pressure tanzania/malawi/mozambique to house them. Once those nations have been successfully lobbied, we pledge 1 billion to the community to help them settle there.
