Somaliland's Wadani party calls for President Bihi to resign

So Ciro of Wadani party in SL is claiming that the federal foreign minister of Somalia and Siilaanyo have signed the contract of the DP Berbera.

This is more interesting now as I want to see the whole contract and who signed, why is it hard for SL to show is this contact?.
