Somalis scamming each other

Someone told me today they got scammed by another Somali in Ethiopia out of $4,000 for
ticket and visa to Egypt (for education purpose). Apparently scamming each other is not
only confined in the west but Somalis also do it to each other back in Africa, it is very
widespread practice . Would you ever scam someone from a rival community if offered
the opportunity? I turned down a while back (a large sum) to bring someone to Europe
for ethical reasons.

Disgusting. Scammars should get death penalty and should be seen as a murder or rape.
