In Europe, USA, Canada. Have you ever stopped to talk to them? 75% are decent people who worked good jobs and just lost everything to depression and then alcoholism. Its a steep climb up from that. Say hello and buy them a meal. They'll appreciate it. You don't have to be like you are with everyone else (pally and chatty) but give them a shoulder. You never know what kindness God/the universe might give you back.
