I was playing basketball at my local Y a few days ago and I saw a young geeljire with long locs. He look like a cool anime character but it's very rare to see Somalis with that type of hair.

I have 4a timo adeeg but my hair is curly/has tight curls, like this:

Anyone have similar experience?

I think that if you're Somali and have 4C or 4B hair, you should get dreads

I know sxb longer hair can be dreadful especially when using a bigger comb to maintain and retwist the locs.
Sometimes you get paranoid and think your losing strands of hair , long hair problems kkkk
Sometimes I want to shave it to size 3 but nah I made a pledge to be have dreads for life.

As long your brother has 4a-b-c thick hair then all is Gucci , soft hair is not good for dreads honestly.
