British colonisation of east Africa saved the bantus from the quickening Somali expansion south. By 1890 the mostly Ogaden force kicked out and settled north east Kenya. We were on our way to Tana river. If it wasn't for colonisation Somalis would be stretching down to at least Northern Tanzania with all Kenya and Uganda being ours.

Most of the lands they claim somalis took from others are and were actually Somali. This type of pseudo-history are based on outdated claims like Gaalkacayo was originally Oromo, because Gal+kacayo is translate to their European head as displacing Oromos.

No nfd was originally somali before oromo expansion.
The Ogaden moving in was like a Reconquista.
But it is true Somalis were rapidly expanding south and we were unstoppable until Anglos

Doesn't have any details as far as I know.
Alot of map makers use a combination of things including Google maps for labels. Then layer them all for one map
