Replacing foreign troops with other foreign troops isn't the solution. We don't need any foreign troops in Somalia at all. What we need is reconciliation between the clans and a unifying and just government. If we get that, Somalis can defeat al-shabaab in a matter of weeks or at most a couple of months.

The powers that be dont want that to happen sadly they salivate at the thought of a choatic environment.... face it its not in the elites interest for a unified somalia they dont want unity they want death destruction and most of all power.
