"Maadey Abdi 37, a father of six said “Stay home orders is not an option for many people in Somalia. We don’t have savings, we only rely on our daily earnings and we cannot accept the curfew unless the government comes up with another solution and bring something to eat upfront like other governments did”.
Why is a man from South-West State demanding that PUNTLAND feeds him and his family? Why is he all the way in Puntland and why are there thousands of people like him living in IDP camps in Puntland?
Doesn't South-West state receive funding from Mogadishu?? @Jiron
IDP camps need to be closed down and people need to be sent home.
LaftaGareen needs to collect his people, the sooner people go home, the sooner they will be incentivised to fight AlShabab and develop their own regions.
Now, Puntland is dealing with IDPs who need to leave the camps everyday to find something to eat.
Puntland cannot afford to feed its own people, let alone thousands of people from the SOUTH.
