Lol! Nah I saw an 80/90s coach in blue on the Hargeisa-Berbera road.

But yeah, the emergence of standardised bus operating companies is a good thing as this will ensure cheaper prices due to increased competition.

The Road is good from Kalabayd ,Dilla To Tulli, Kalabaydh to Hargeisa is very bad

stuff like transport and electricity should really be under government control its natural monopoly, maybe in the future JSL could make a PPP company with transport companies to someone how get more revenue that could in-turn help with more developments.
